Team Aryans made its debut in the Baja in 2011 in the captaincy of Gaurav Kulkarni. A sturdy raw vehicle was built by Aryans. They were new to everything, techniques, rules, processes, sponsorships, marketing. Tackling all the problems together and making best out of all the resources they got, there stood a vehicle strong and sturdy. With the knowledge, they also learned what is a team spirit and a close experience with the industries. Their experiences are priceless. Little did they knew that they were starting a legacy of Aryans that would not be just a team but a family, where many young minds would learn and pursue their dreams.

The second year of Aryans came with the captaincy of Rohan Dandavate. Came with lots of expectations like to build better, to last long and to fulfill the incomplete dreams.

After 2 years break, it was a kick start off with the leadership of Yogesh Dabariya. This year team successfully cracked its virtual round and secured its position in 112 selected teams out of 327 registered teams all over India. The team was qualified for Endurance race and secured All India Rank 78.

In this year the team participated in two events ESI (Enduro Student India) and BAJA SAEINDIA at Pithampur, Indore. The team was led by the captainship of Vinit Vishwakarma. The team passionately manufactured and fabricated ATV named Rohak. In 'Rohak' for the very first time cutting brakes were used. Stock Polaris coil spring suspension was replaced by fox float 3 air shocks which resulted in improved cornering performance and less rolling of the vehicle. Additionally, the unsprung mass was reduced for better handling. CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) with custom gearbox was utilized for step-less acceleration and reduction in power loss. Further provided less fatigue to the driver.

Under the Leadership of Sankalp Mahamuni, in 2017 team zealously participated in BAJA SAE India at Indore with full dauntlessness. This year's ATV was named 'Nimble' meaning quick and light in movement. In Nimble use of Differential gearbox using the differential cage was done. This time we manufactured customized brake caliper system to overcome packaging constraints. Trailing arm geometry was used for better handling. Team procured an overall rank of 12. And stood 4 in suspension traction and 12 in the endurance race.

Soaring high, 2018 brought pre-eminence to the team. Under the captaincy of Ajinkya Urgunde, the team designed and manufactured an ATV named 'Xcalibur'. In Xcalibur customized master cylinder was used. The differential was eliminated. We customized the drive axle universal joint having recirculating ball splines. Instead of Fox Float 3, Fox EvolR Air shocks were utilized. The team participated at Ropar, Punjab and secured AIR 2. The team also bagged up 3 awards: Raftaar Award, Acceleration Award, and Suspension Traction Award.
In the history of Team Aryans, for the very first time this year, we participated in BAJA SAE International held in Oregon, USA. There we stood 7 in the sales presentation, 10 in acceleration event, 11 in design event and 29 in the endurance race.

Maintaining the legacy, the team participated in BAJA SAE Competition for the 7th time. Under the captaincy of Akshay Shirsath, team designed, manufactured and validated the vehicle named as 'Artemis' meaning the goddess of hunter. In Artemis, we shifted to inboard braking system and tested our vehicle for 1000+ kms. By bagging 17th rank in Virtual Baja, team participated at Pithampur, Indore. By performing very well in static events as well as dynamic events team stood at 3rd grid position in endurance race. Artemis achieved eminence of being India’s First Rockcrawler and achieved first rank in Sales and Marketing event. In suspension and traction event, team stood at 4thposition all over India..

2020 was the year of uniqueness under the captaincy of Baswaraj Kete. Team Aryans participated 7th time in BAJA SAE event where we designed , validated and also manufactured and represented Vulcan an rigged, raw and pure ATV buggy vehicle. The team bagged overall AIR 2nd rank with 1st rank in suspension and traction , and 2nd rank in durability event and also conquered AIR 1 in virtuals Phase with a remarkable performance in Design presentation bagging overall 5th rank in sales presentation.

2021 was the year of Pendamic, Still continuing the lagacy team aryans participated for the 9th time in BAJA SAE event. Under the captaincy of Pradeep Madane we introduced VULCAN 2.0 an 4WD vehicle for the very first time in our journey. We could only design and validate it since the event was held virtually, we delivered our best on the IPG Carmaker. We outperformed in static Event by securing 1st Rank in Manufacturing and 5th Rank in Sales presentation securing overall 7th in static, we also focused on the dynamic event by bagging 1st in Brakes Event and 2nd in Maueuvrability Event. Overall we secure ALL INDIA Rank-3.
